"This is another really fine Tailleferre record. I don't normally tolerate church recordings but this is a painless one with good clean sound. I would rate this record alongside the ELAN disc of piano music for four-hands in quality. The music is haunting, compelling and delightful, and it is ideal for grammophone record listening. Tailleferre has absorbed the influences of Satie and Debussy completely into her own personal soundworld and I would say she was an equal to them. If you like French piano music you need Tailleferre."
