Synopsis

Album Description
To be vibrantly healthy and fully expressed requires that we experience the full range of our emotional spectrum. Often however, in an effort to avoid negative feelings we create emotional blocks which cost us our vitality, health and well-being. This uplifting program, led by Gael Chiarella, founder of Yokibics®, leads you though your "feeling centers" using guided imagery and conscious questioning to help you uncover and transform built up emotional blocks. As you move through this stirring journey you will find renewed energy and the freedom to manifest your highest potential for living a joyous and fulfilling life.

CD Reviews

Best guided meditation

"Gael teaches how to release blocks, focus on body energies, and how to let our natural energies to flow. As she quotes from a Mystic, "Feelings are the software of the soul." This is the best guided meditation I've ever heard."
Not really a meditation but a guided pep talk

"This cd is fine for what it is, but it is not meditation.

You could conceivably use her ideas here as a stepping off point to learning to meditate but this does not teach you to meditate.

It's more like prayer, where you are guided towards certain concepts like letting go of grief, anger, etc., and she gives you a pep talk as to how to get through these negative states of mind, how to transcend them.

She talks constantly through each track, so really it's a listening session, as a pupil listening to a teacher, which is fine. But it isn't meditation.

I might use one of these tracks in the future to help me resolve some issues, so I give this 3 stars because it does seem to have some potentially helpful info on it.

But I knocked off 2 stars because it has "meditation" in the title and it is not really meditation. Meditation is turning off your mind, or expanding your mind to be able to listen to your own inner voice, the voice of God or Buddha or the Higher Self or the Cosmic Awareness - what ever you wish to call it. But it involves sitting quietly, turning off your thoughts or at least letting them go by unnnoticed, and listening for that higher unheard voice deep within.

This is not that."
So wonderful...it is a must for all.

"Stressed and shattered I needed to find meditations that would help me heal myself. Gael gives to her listeners the key to reaching emotional balance. Leading me though her meditations, I found release and inner peace. This CD is for all. You do not have to be a student of yoga or have practiced mediation before. Her beautiful voice is a gift that leads you to find your spirit. Thank you Gael!!!"
