A Great Album, but not all Bonnet, and not metal.

"Believe it or not, all Graham Bonnet albums DO NOT have to be metal. GB is a diverse vocalist and plays with numerous diverse musicians. Jan Akkerman is a tasteful and talented killer guitarist, but he is more jazz than rock. The musicianship here is tremendous and the songs are great, with somewhat of a pop feel. There is much more to Graham Bonnet than the one Rainbow album. If you want to rock out, Blackthorne, MSG Assault Attack, or some of the Alcatrazz albums will provide. This is a song oriented album, as are most Bonnet recordings, and a rare find at that. The GB vocal performances are above reproach. If this does in fact resemble anything from the "80s," how fortunate. Compared to what is pathetically passing for "music" in 2005, these are in fact legitimate songs."
