CD ReviewsA Nice Outing for Sax-Drum Duo Steve Emerine | Tucson, AZ United States | 03/31/2001 (4 out of 5 stars) "Tenor sax player Paul Kendall and drummer Bob Leto do a nice job on this 66-minute collection of standards, seldom-heards and two originals. Pianist Kenny Drew Jr. and bassist John Ray round out the quartet as they present "So in Love," "You and the Night and the Music," "Charade," "Peace" and four others, including Kendall's "Excursions" and the younger Drew's "A Look Inside." It's another interesting listen from Brownstone Recordings."
