Ethella Does Schubert

"Chuprik's interpretation of Schubert is amazing. She plays the fastest parts with such ease that you'd think she could play them twice that speed. And subtle sub-melodies in Opus 90, #3, are mesmorizing. Have heard others butcher #4, but she lands the cascading notes on a pillow. Never get tired of listening to it."

"While I have no complaint with the recording quality or performance of the pieces, I think others should be aware that the CD info is a little misleading. While you get all 4 of the first set of impromptus, there are only 4 of the OP 94 (Nos 2,3,4, & 6), and only 2 of the final impromptus (Nos 2 & 4). If you are after the complete set of impromptus, this is not the CD for you, but for the price, it is still a very worthy listening experience."
