Fabulous Pianist discovering new repetoire

"This disc is a major find for all music lovers. Tirino has rediscovered some unkown works of Lecuona. Beautiful, sensitive playing, and with a big technique. The waltzes are charming and played extraordinarily-Tirino's Crisantemo Waltz must be the best ever commited to disc. The Diary of A Child is so poignant and its depth of interpretation is incredible. The Sombrero de Yarey Suite is quite a find! And the Rapsodia Argentina, is like a major piano concerto. To top it all off-Tirino includes a very stylistic and CUBAN sounding song of Lecuona, Dame de tus Rosas in an extremely beautiful reading. I didn't know half of this music ever existed. His whole set of 5 CD's on BIS of Lecuona's music is the best Lecuona series out there."
