Synopsis

Album Description
Wøllo's latest exploration into the creative possibilities of the guitar is rich with texture and melody, highly sculpted and detailed - a pulsing vibrant and atmospherically three-dimentional experience. Influenced by his travels to the North American Southwest, Wøllo manifests the natural wonders of the area through his instrument, painting profound vistas with many types of acoustic, electric, electronic, and classical guitar voices. Erik Wollo has continually reached the top of prominent music critics' Best Of The Year lists, including Amazon's Best New Age Album for 2003 (Emotional Landscapes).

An enchanting journey

"Simply put, this album is stunning. It is melodic and poignant, and so rich in depth and texture. I found myself dreaming of a place where the canyons run still and deep, and the sky goes on forever. I think I'll linger there for a while..."
As Good As It Gets

"Definitely my favorite Erik Wollo album, which says a lot considering his incredible discography. The man really knows his stuff, coming from an electronic/ambient background and translating that knowledge into a fantastic combination of acoustic guitars and various organic-sounding (though often electronic) instruments. Very relaxing and tasteful, fit for any time of day, but especially good at night in a quiet room. This receives my highest recommendation."
