CD ReviewsEmbryo - 'Live In Berlin' (United One) Mike Reed | USA | 08/26/2006 (3 out of 5 stars) "Nine track CD,recorded live in Berlin in summer,1989.An okay effort by this long-running German krautrock band,but 'Live In Berlin' is just a bit too experimental for me.There were,however a couple of tunes here that I sort of liked,the semi-trippy "Knaur Power",the tribal "Masc Dance Music",plus "Obatala" and "Sawaba" were so-so.Noticed that Amon Duul II founder Chris Karrer plays guitar,violin and sax on this CD.Pretty much aimed at collectors and completists."
