"Ms. Ven has created a beautiful pastiche of trancy electronica, r&b neo-soul, and shoe-gazer dubbiness, all while maintaining a unique ethnic sound, especially evident in her vocal phrasing. And her lyrics are above average strong-grrrl journeys thru love, misfortune and redemption. Add a superior voice and you have a funky bohemian who rivals the likes of Vivian Green, Lina, and India.Arie. A wonderful find....."
