"I'd like to add my A+++ review to Mr. Gerhard's list of five star raves. He combines a natural guitar sense with fine technique and elegant arrangements. One piece in particular stands out for me. Ed's arrangement of "The Water Is Wide" is absolutely stunning in its beauty and simplicity. It reminds me of why I became a guitarist. Do yourself a favor and add this to your CD collection then visit his web site to find out where he's playing next. I've seen him perform and you won't be disappointed."

"Of all of Ed's recordings, this is the most emotional and melodic. I have Luna and Night Birds as well, but this one is the cd I keep going back to. If you don't play guitar, after hearing this, you'll want to! You absolutely will love it."
