"Creative inspiration. The music stirs me. It heals my heart and soul. It promotes freedom. I feel a sense of newness, aliveness, creative birth. Me, dawning with the excitement of living. I can relate to the amazing life journey and the creative story told in the Rise and Shine CD. I'm so glad this cd was made. It tells me that I can make it too. They are so extremely talented. I can't stop playing the Rise and Shine CD (love the mix and arrangments). Wow! Hip! The music rocks and cracks my eggshell even more. Ed Hale is a muse."
This CD goes into the time capsule!

"At first I was skeptical. The Ambassador's voice is not so common yet strangely familiar after giving it a second listen. Then I realized that I saw a young guitarist/singer in New York back in 1995. He blew me away with his original stlye and soul-touching lyrics. Then I realized it's him: Ed Hale! I never thought I'd hear his music again until now that I own "Rise and Shine", his full band debut since the 1990s. The arrangements and playing on this record are intelligent and superb. The drum tracks are fresh out of the oven from a young drummer named Ricardo Mazzi, with Stro playing a beutiful melodic bass. The guitars are soothing yet packed with powerful riffs and crunches. RISE AND SHINE!"
