Most of the singers were in their prime when these recordings were made. I prefer opera highlights when the whole opera is either too expensive or not my complete favorite.
These songs are a great sampler if you want to have a taste of different composers/singers, specially if you are doing your first tries at bel canto. I fully recommend this CD." |
