"Dreamship has produced a first album that is sure to please many fans of the classic progressive rock acts of the '70s. On first listen the music is hauntingly familiar and the influences of Yes, Emerson Lake and Palmer, Jethro Tull and a bit of Alan Parsons come immediately to mind. While the past has clearly influenced the direction of Ancestral Voyage, after several listens their sound establishes itself as a unique creation that stands strong on it's own merit. Tim Martin and Ed Schaum have created an epic album, fully capable of transporting progressive rock fans into the 21st century."

"Don't know what else I can add, the other reviews here pretty much say it all. This is easily one of the best progressive recordings ever laid down, regardless of which generation you compare it to.



Incredible orchestration, pace, point-counterpoints, arrangements, etc. -- just a shear joy to listen to.



Also a first rate recording with clean dynamics, spacious sound-stage.



What more can one say, if you can find a copy of this masterpiece - BUY IT!"
