"I first head the song Egyptian Nightmare II from this album on the OurStage web site. For those who don't know it is a site where you can listen and judge music while discovering new bands etc. Kind of link Pandora and Jango except I think all the bands have to be unsigned. Maybe I'm wrong on some of that.....ok.



I loved that song so much that I sampled the rest of the album and liked it enough to buy it. The production is really good and the writing is fantastic as are the performances. As my title to this review states this music reminds me a lot of the Bozzio, Levin, Stevens albums (Terry Bozzio, Steve Stevens and Tony Levin). This all instrumental album is very progressive so prog rockers should love it. It also reminded me of albums by Steve Vai and Joe Satriani. A fair amount of use of minor keys which I like as well.



So I'll keep this short and sum up.

1. All Instrumental

2. Progressive rock that has a great flow to it

3. Sounds like Steve Vai, Joe Satriani and Bozzio Levin Stevens
