This cd not only incoporates these waves, but includes rainforest sounds as well. These animal sounds are quite and calming, not overwhelming like some rainforests cd. i use this to start to fall asleep followed by theta medatation 2.0 and then delta sleep 2.0 and i sleep great. YOu must try this. I never tried things like this before and the only reason i did was because of all the science behind it and it does work. i use it in my preschool classroom in the background and i can notice a difference in thier behavior when i play the cd. They are much more calm and relaxed during the day."
