This CD contains original music as well as arrangements of traditional gospel songs and hymns by Dr. Bernard Brookes. The style emphasizes gospel with Reggae, other Caribbean, and African rhythms. The rhythm section includes piano, bass, drums, and sometimes congas and guitar. Dr. Brookes provides flute improvisation, and melodies on organ or vibraphone (the latter two digitally converted from flute).
