"A spectacular debut! His voice and confidence carry every song. Listen to We Intertwined, kept simply to guitar and vocals Doug's talent for intimacy and entertaining are lit up on a marquis. He is raising his glass to the Rat Pack, to Tony Bennett and Gershwin and Dinah. And doffing his cap to the present rearranging Cobra Starship, Gym Class Heroes, Fall Out Boy and others. Clever, classy and classic, this is no homage. This is an album that could only have been done by Doug."
