CD Reviews

I love the New Dogboy CD
Graham F. Ganson | Cedar Creek, TX | 06/27/2007

"This is an amazingly Relaxing cd. If I was single, I'd be at the beach blasting it, cus I know girls would be attracted to the music. It might not be as cool with the guys, cus most guys have to front and be Hardcore to each other just to impress their buddies and what not. I even listen to Hardcore Metal most of the time and I think it is healthy to have some soft stuff that you can mellow out with. This is a great cd. It's not dirty, it's a clean cd to play in front of others and it's not angry, it's also not something that is meant to be a sell out. For that, I highly recommnend this cd for anyone who is into Reggae music or who just wants to unwind from themselves and their overprocessed minds"
RETURN OF THE ONE DROP

"Dogboy returns to Suburban Noize with his new banger, Rebel Riddim. Dogboy flashes his many influences of dub, dancehall, reggae, hip hop, soul and rock to mesh it all together into one ecclectic mix. This album is just an all around good listen, whether you're chillin' with your lady or getting ready for a night out. Rebel Riddim offers good vibes. There's lots of love songs (my favorite "Where to Now"), but also social messages that keep the reggae spirit ("Daddy What Is War?"). If you're a fan of Dogboy's previous works with Too Rude, or a first time listener, you won't be disappointed."
