"15 cds at this price is pretty amazing. Factor in how utterly incredible this music is and you have a deal thats truly jawdropping. The tracks have not been remastered, the labelling on the CDs is often inaccurate (track names sometimes are out of order, or listed tracks aren't on the disc), everything is cheaply assembled, but anyone who has ever heard Django knows how magnificant a musician he is, defining a type of genius so far beyond just about anyone in terms of technical mastery, tone, musicality, and swing. Though there are a few too many big band tracks for me (some bands are so big you don't hear much of Django himself), almost all of the tracks are spectacular, with too many standouts to name. If you plan on getting only one Django CD, I recommend Djangology 49, but if you have a few more dollars, this box set is an absolute steal."

"This is an amazing deal! If you like Django, this is the collection to have! Considering the age of the recordings, the sound quality is remarkable. Boasting 306 songs, it's just about the most complete compilation around. And for the price, don't pass this one by. If I could have rated it higher than 5 stars, I would have!"
