The Academy Gospel Choir, the Madison String Quartet, and jazz vocalist Jackie Jones join Dave Rimelis and his band to re-interpret stories based on the gospels of Matthew and Luke. The tone of the CD ranges from jubilant Gospel music to soulful blues, from subtle jazz to Cajun fiddling. Eight of the ten songs are vocal tracks, and two are instrumental.
