Good Album Ruined by Bad Mastering

"I would advise collectors to avoid this Collectors' Choice Music edition of this good first album from Danny O'Keefe. The disc has been processed through what sounds like low-budget PC audio software, since it is full of noise-suppression artifacts -- digital chirping, noise supression roll-offs, etc. My advise is to wait for the album to be remastered by a record company who respects this album and has a real ear for audio cleanup."
