This song has both!! I love this song and like to listen to it over and over. All the remixes are great and enjoyable to listen to also. A pleasant surprise I wasn't ready for, was a great high quality 100MB music video that came on the CD. This one should have it too because mine had the same cover. Anyone who likes great upbeat melody with great lyrics like Ian Van Dahl, Sylver, Lasgo, Milk Inc, DJ Sammy, Jessy, Kate Ryan, 4 Strings, etc. should definately check this out especially at the price.
