"Fantastic debut album.
I don't listen to rap/hip-hop but I do love this album. I first saw the band (twice) last summer and was struck by the intelligence of their lyrics and delivery.
If you're looking for some MC bragging about gold, cars, guns, women then you're looking in wrong place. What you do get is poetry with beats about the nature of beauty, the hip-hop scene, depression, suicide, love. It's emotional stuff but hey it's not all doom and gloom there is plenty of humour. Rapping the periodic table anyone?
Check out, Letter From God to Man, Though Shalt Always Kill, for starters.
Is it a warped Bill Hicks if he grew up in the South of England? Punk-rap? Do yourselves a favour, open your ears and take a listen.

"Just wanna have some good new-fashioned fun y'all!!
I found this album to be amazing. The last track, Waiting For The Beat To Kick In, was the first track I heard, and I fell in love. Start there, and you will not be disappointed. As of yet, I have introduced this album to many people, none of whom have disapproved. The album does well as a whole, the words are poetry, the beats, bliss. Listen to The Beat That My Heart Skipped, Angles, and Waiting For The Beat To Kick In, but don't listen to me, listen to this album!"
