He seemed quiet and pensive. The show began and he transformed the place with his palm tree backdrops and the Lickettes. Their music style was unique even back then, melding 40's swing with country, rock and humor. 30 years later I listen to the songs, a smile spreads across my face and my feet start bopping. As musicians they're really tight. The music is, so from the heart, honest. Attitude is a little Steve Martin with a lot of soul. Treat your self to this album it will definately lift you!"
