It's not the usual sort of music you hear outside of those venues with the large orchestra combined with electronic instruments, effects, and background sounds." Those tracks aside, I would categorize this album as being very close to the sound you'd expect to hear at a Cirque Du Soleil function: orchestrated (like a score to a movie, indeed), yet possessing that ethnic appeal and choruses that have made that French circus show legendary around the world. Highly enjoyable, though it does loose some of its steam at times. All in all, four stars."
