"Harry Oldfields Crystal creates wonderful sinsation within the body when used for meditation. I have found when using it my mind can not wander which is something I have a problem with at times. The crystal harmonics sometimes are hard to lissen to yet I found they seem to stimulate healing. I can feel pockets of energy moving through my body. I notice on track 5 all kinds of energy working around my gums ( I have gum diesase.)breaking stuff up. I would highly recoment this disc to anyone who works with vibrational medican or is into the healing. I have also notice if asking a question in meditation I get answers much quicker and clearer. Main thing is I feel great afterwards. There is no other cd that I have heard to compare this with it truly is one of a kind."
