This album is about despair ,loss , and angst. It should have come with a promotional razor blade. It is also hauntingly beautifull ,a car accident in slow motion ,you cant quite take your eyes off. If you dont think you can be tortured and moved at the same time ,listen to this album. The lead vocalist is very subdued ,instead concentrating on telling his story. I'm into rock ,alternative ,etc ,but this is jazz ,and will destroy your perceptions of what music should do to you."
