"This album broke my psyche. I felt it shatter. I did. -nod-
"F*cked up" doesn't even begin to cover it. This is forty three minutes of pure, unadulterated insanity. There's no reference I could come up with that could possibly prepare you for this album. Not one.
Now, I have seen and heard a lot of disturbing things in my life, but this *has* to have wormed its way to the top of the list.
Yeah, definitely recommended. I can't say I'll listen to this often, but it'll certainly have its place in my collection and I will sure as hell be burning it for all my friends. :)

Somewhat recognized genius

"Crispin Glover is my, and I'm sure other people's, God. This album, backed expertly by Barnes and Barnes of "Fish Heads" fame, is a masterpiece. For some reason he has been relegated to supporting (even non-speaking) roles in his film career, but here he has his chance to shine. Crispin's version of "These Boots Are Made For Walking" is genius (although I refrain from calling it the best only because there are so many covers of that song), and his original "Auto-Manipulator" is on many playlists in my CD collection. If you're even a peripheral Crispin Glover fan you have to get this album."

"Yes, this Cd is "weird" but it's not weird just for shock value. It's supposed to make you think. PLEASE take the time to really listen to it, it does have a message. It helps if you read the back of the CD, and also look up what kind of projects Crispin Glover is working on now."

"This cd is absolute insanity! It's craaaaazy! This is why everyone and their mothers should own it! Go! Buy it now! What are you waiting for? Crispin is a lyrical genius (I'm an au-to manipulator, I play with myself, I'm a masturbator!) and has a rather soothing voice (Where is my concubine? Where where where where where is my concubiine?). It'd be just wrong to not own this. So, go now! Buy! BUY BUY BUY BUY THE CD!"
