Synopsis

Product Description
Singer-songwriter Cory Sipper has released her 5th, stellar album Make Your Magic after a 10 year hiatus. Featuring a vocal performance from Glen Phillips on Campfire and brilliant bass/organ playing by Dean Dinning throughout (both from Toad the Wet Sprocket fame) this album encompasses the organic Santa Barbara Sound that Cory is known for. Produced immaculately by Cory's longtime producer Bruce Winter- Make Your Magic is the perfect soundtrack for following your dreams in a often troubled world. (Holding Strong and My Turn To Shine; are two stand-out tracks on the matter.) Cory's strong, glistening voice is more powerful and tender than ever and the songs are as timeless as can be. A modern-day Joni Mitchell comparable to Sara Bareilles or Sarah McLachhlan yet totally in her own orbit, Cory Sipper is the real deal. Cory Sipper has been writing and performing songs since the tender age of 13. She has four critically acclaimed albums out and her fifth Make Your Magic was released in May, 2015. Cory's songs and voice have been used in hundreds of TV shows, films and commercials over the years, both nationally and internationally. She has written for Windswept Publishing and Universal Music Group. Some of her most recent placements include: American Idol, Bates Motel, The Today Show and Law and Order. Cory has toured nationally opening up for such bands as The Samples and Toad The Wet Sprocket. She has also toured in Japan where her song Nervous was a top 10 single. Cory has recorded with many fantastic musicians including Lindsey Buckingham (whom she also wrote with for his Album Under The Skin), Mick Fleetwood, Peter Himmelman, world-renowned Cellist Lynn Harrell, drummer Abe Laboriel Jr. and percussionist Lenny Castro. Members Of Toad The Wet Sprocket- Glen Phillips and Dean Dinning-are featured on Cory's new album.
