Pretty Descent for a Starting Band

"Commander Venus is a pretty good name, and band for the young Conor Oberst to start his musical career in. I knew that it would be good, concidering that Conor is a genius. A lot of the stuff talked about in this album was way over a 13 year-old's head, and i liked that about this album.
The guitars and vocals were a bit sloppy, in a garage band kind of way. I liked how different it was from the usual garage rock bands, with song titles like "My Collapsing Frame", and "Role of the Hero in Antiquity". I liked all of the songs, and concider this album a great start. Recommended to anyone who likes Conor Oberst, Bright Eyes (His newer, much more popular indie band), and poppy love songs with a lot more intelligence then anticipated."

"Dont forget not only is this some of the earlier stuff for Bright Eyes's Conor Oberst. But Cusive's Tim Kasher was part of this little project as well."
