"Okay...I purchased or listened to only about 25 CDs released this year, but this is the one I keep coming back to.



This band shifts confidently from distortion tinged rockers to Eagles-like country pop songs to instrumental mini epics without missing a step. Through it all is a wide open plains feel that rings true.



The songs are well crafted with the rough edges left intact. Highlights include Back of Your Mind, Aphorism, Nobody Much Longer and Motorcade, although there isn't a weak track here."

"I love this disc. I've had it for a couple of years and still listen to it often. The songs are all really good, the band is hot, and the song writing is superb. From twangy country tunes to balls-out rockers, every song on this disc is a gem. And "Back of Your Mind" remains one of my favorite pop/rock songs of all time even after hearing it at least a thousand times.



Try it... you'll like it. :-)"
