This album was digitally recorded in 1996 by a group of long-in-the-tooth, possibly replacement Coasters. The songs lack some of the punch of the originals. However, I bought the record for my daughter, who was a big fan of their songs "Charlie Brown" and "Poison Ivy." as I wanted her to also experience such gems as "Yakety Yak" and "Along Came Jones."
