"CLASSICS ONLINE must have been fascinating when it was released in 1995. The disc included CD-ROM extras (for 8Mb RAM pre-Windows 95 and Mac 7s-- wow!) as well as a link to a now defunct Greatest Hits interactive website.

All this aside-- what's left 12 years later is a solid hour of Fiedler/Leinsdorf/Boston Pops, Ormandy/Philadelphia and others. With brilliant sound and exuberant performances of familiar works, this collection is still most enjoyable. Recommended.
