"I love this CD so much I have absolutely worn it out and am about to purchase a new one. It is fun, lively, and perfect for walking on the treadmill or jogging. The beat is fantastic, the singers are great, and the words are encouraging. Fabulous stuff here!!"

"I like to use music in my outdoor walking, so I was really looking forward to having some gospel music in addition to the stuff I already have. However, the beat is WAY TOO SLOW to get even a slight workout. I recommend Kathy Smith's Lean Walk System and the titles of workout music produced by Power Music instead."
