LATIN RHYTHMS ACCENTUATE THE JAZZ OF CHRIS BENNETT--

"I can't recall how and when I got this CD. Let's say this CD just caught my attention. After a run-through listening session, I gave it a second try and now it is one of my favorites, especially on a sunny afternoon at the beach or in the evening out in the lanai with a tall cool iced drink in hand. The tropical blend of drums and Miss Bennett's breathy voice and the Latin beat of the band behind Chris takes me to a whole different world. Chris writes many of her songs show cased in this CD. What an advantage over other singers. This is best heard on a summer night when the stars are out and one has time to spare. My favorites on this CD are "Use Me", "On A Summer Night", and "Someone To Light Up My Life". I give this a good 4 stars..."
