Bouncy and fun

"This has a bit of a jazzier feel than some earlier Fordham CDs and it is quite a lot of fun. Try the I Just Want to Be With you song, with remarkably clever lyrics and a have-to-whistle tune. Fordham is, for many, an undiscovered treasure. You listen to this CD and some of her oldies like Porcelain and you wonder how she can't be bigger here..surely this is something with commercial appeal as well as craftsmanship. That husky voice that can also head into Joni-Mitchell-upper-register territory is always a pleasure to listen to, and she has perfect control of it."
