(4 out of 5 stars)

"excellent record. Freeman plays not as a star but as part of a group effort. Wallace Roney plays a few good solos. Most insteresting is the fact that Freeman plays tenor, bass clarinette and flute in an equally interesting manner. This record is also the occasion to hear Jack De Johnette playing the piano AND the drums."
