Charles Lyonhart's debut album, Leap of Faith, released in 1997, received recognition throughout the New York community for it's songs of hope and despair, relationships, love gone wrong, injustice, and simply a look at real life from someone who's been there and done that. The album features some of the New York area's top musicians including: Larry Campbell, Tony Garnier, Mindy Jostyn, Lincoln Schleifer, Joel Diamond, Dennis Cotton, Steve Raleigh, Denny McDermott, Debbie Major, Richard Crooks, Charlie Brown, Frank James, Paul Clements, Maura McCabe, and Dominic Kanza, and a co-write with Marty Joe Kupersmith. A line up musicians who have worked with everyone from Bob Dylan to Cyndi Lauper, Rosanne Cash, John Mellencamp, Joan Jett, Billy Joel, John Sebastian, and many more.
