Uniquely Dark and Melodic

"I initially heard this album when I was a DJ for a tiny college radio station. I had never heard any thing like it (I still haven't). I remember that there were several bassists in the group, causing the sound to be very dark, but still, there was a lot of melody. It is somewhere between punk and alternative. If you have a dear spot in your heart for Built To Spill, Pavement, or Fugazi. This might give you something different but just as entertaining to try."
One of the best bands/albums ever!

"I got a copy of this cd from my sister when I visited her in San Diego, CA. For the next month I did not take it out of my cd player! I listened to it over and over and over. They have a kind of dark rock feel to them, but they're not another ...clone like so many that you hear on the radio. I have never heard a band that sounds anything like them, nor have I heard many bands as good as them. I would encourage one and all to buy this cd. You will not be dissapointed.
If you want to sample their music you can at VH1's website."
