"I have the audio tape and used it with my infant daughter when she wouldn't sleep well, the only problem was the abrupt tell-tale click at the end! I had wished for the cd version and now that it is available- I most definitely recommend it! You will hear very soft, soothing sounds from inside the mother's womb- a serious relaxant for any human being, regardless of age!"

"I have had Transitions for 10 years. My first son was was premature. We played it during his 3 month hospital stay and it soothed him. I also use Transitions for meditation. The music evokes an emotional response (tears) at times which is soothing and cathartic; it is also a wonderful cure for insomnia. I also used Transitions during my last pregnancy to relax and focus on being calm and serene, which tremendously helped me during labor and delivery! My Doctor was impressed with Transitions, too! With lights dimmed and music playing, I slipped into my relaxation mode which really helped me through labor. During pregnancy, I believe the baby benefitted from the calmness Transitions evoked. He would settle down from his wiggling and relax! I still enjoy Transitions for relaxation, mental clarity and peacefulness when the outside world infringes on sanity! :)"

"I used this cd pack when I was in labor with my daughter. It realy helped me relax, and the music was easy to concentrate on. I recommend this pack to anyone. Now we use the cd's to get our 2 month old to sleep! I even use them for relaxation."

"Didn't really work for us. The music was fine, and not overly irritating, but it didn't sooth our baby or put him to sleep.
Classical music actually worked better, and was significantly cheaper. Plus, far more entertaining for us to listen to."
