CD Reviews

Sensuously Funky...
Tassajara | 11/26/2007
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This album has a really awesome way of recapturing ones imagination with each track. All different but seductive and sexy just the same. Cape Porcupine and Touche are brilliant and are absolutely must-hears. Actually I could go on and on listing must-hears! Everyone should also check out Hotel Tara: The Intimate Side of Buddha-Lounge or Hotel Tara 2 : The Intimate Side of Buddha-Lounge or any of the other Buddha Lounge disks."
What electronica should sound like

"I really like dance electronica. That said, there's only so much of it that's different. This compilation is the best of the stuff that makes me move and relax, at the same time. I never get tired of this series. Same goes for every one of the Buddha-Lounge albums by Sequoia Records."
My favorite gift!

"I had never heard of the Buddha Lounge series before receiving this album from my sister for Christmas. I was a little weary because this type of music isn't usually my cup of tea but after giving it a whirl in my CD player all I can say is: I LOVE IT! "Empowered" is definitely my favorite song on the playlist. I am having a gift exchange with a few of my girlfriends tonight and I am going to the store and buying each of them a copy. I can't wait to hear the rest of the series!"
