Who exactly is this album for?

"Of the ten tracks on the "Stay Tuned" album, eight are rap cuts - four of which aren't in the movie! This leaves two tracks of Bruce Broughton's score, but as rap aficionados aren't going to buy this for the instrumental tracks (which total less than four minutes) and soundtrack fans won't like ploughing through the rap stuff for the score, nobody will be truly satisfied. Especially since I only bought this for the Broughton cuts (the best thing about the movie!)."
