The European house sensations have shifted from Edel to Sony and now have the full might of a major distributor behind them. They are the heirs to the hardhouse sounds made popular by La Bouche and Le Click. The lineup of stage performers of the group now includes Diabolo (Formerly with 666) in his flaming red hat & coat of fire. Their notable videos only gain them further exposure in video clubs and music channels. Includes the hit singles 'Bass, Beats & Melody' & 'Born to Bounce'.

CD Reviews

Great! But not throughout...

(4 out of 5 stars)

"Brooklyn Bounce has always been one of my favorite house artists, and this cd lives up to their prior reputation as creators of awesome hard house music.
"Restart" has some really good beats, and many of the tracks are ideal for DJ's. "Born To Bounce" and "Bass, Beats, Melody" both provide excellent mix of hard beats and vocals, along with great tunes. "Sample Slayer" has a great disco rythm, parts of which remind me of the Blade theme song.
The reason I didnt give the CD 5 stars is because some of the tracks are not quite as good. I found "If You Wanna Ride" ouright annoying. And some of the tracks have really nothing to set them apart.
Still, my overall opinion of this CD is very strong. It has some truly awesome tracks which I sometimes find myself listening to several times in a row. Bottom line - buy it if you like house music, but dont expect all of the tracks to be awesome."
