"My mother, sister, and I have often chuckled to ourselves about "our secret band," Bright Blue Gorilla. Nobody, and I mean nobody has heard of them. However, their folky sound is catchy, and their humorous and social commentary songs are absolutely fantastic. Especially of note are "Napoleon's Coat," "Strange Strange Dream," "And the Radio Played," "East of Eden," and "The World is Mad." Now, I hope that the next time I mention BBG...I don't get an odd look. This is fun music for the thinking soul."
