"Brian Doyle - Falling Forward Produced by Brian Doyle Mixed by Skip Slaughter Mastered by Rodney Mills Reviewer -Jenelle Chapman Reflecting the core of traditional rock and roll, Brian Doyle's Falling Forward is truly a pleasurable listening experience. If you're truly mesmerized by such bands as the Beatles or Black Sabbath, then you should check out this album. You can listen to this music practically anywhere. The sound, style, and vocals all capture the essence of music. This talented singer/songwriter/guitarist originated from Jackson, Michigan. After various stints with different bands, this talented artist decided to go solo. After relocating to Atlanta, Doyle recorded his first solo debut, "The Vicious Circle." Now four years later, perhaps he has created his masterpiece. One notable song, "Freight Train," begins with severe guitar rolls and killer drums, and ends in a whole lotta rock with countless rolls. The energy of this song is indescribable. "I'll Live" is surely the best song on the album. This vibrant tune flaunts Doyle's instrumental skills, as well as displaying his vocal strength at its best. This is a great get-over-it song, reminding you of Soundgarden's "Black Hole Sun," but with Doyle's own unique flavor. This song is a showstopper. Brian Doyle is a multi-talented musician deserving of much acclaim, and Falling Forward is a completely enjoyable album full of energy. The goodness of original rock and roll is the ancestry of the pop music of today. This album reflects all of that and then some. Doyle's style is sure to cross many social and cultural demographics."
