Of special significance to their talents, is the Severn Suite, by Edward Elgar. The melodic lines spotlighted in the high brass in the opening of the "Cathedral" is quickly answered by the middle and low voices. The work's rhythmic and variety of tempi and form spotlights well the unique talents of this wonderful brass ensemble. This CD is a must have for conissieurs of Brass Ensemble music, I highly recommend it."
