CD Reviews

This album has some of my all time favorite tunes on it!

"Bob Malone has been playing around my old home for years, playing songs that I sing to myself even after not seeing him play for months. The songs are sonmewhere between blues and americana and New Orleans, not really pigeon-holing themselves in any moment. The lyrics are at times funny and at times sad, but always good. This guy is definitely one of the talents of our generation. Highlights include Caught up in Christmas, It Took an Older Woman (to Make a Man Out of Me), Where My Heart Will Be Found, not to mention the rest of the disc!"
Dont miss this blues great.

"A blend of funk and blues which will leave you slapin the dash in time! One of my favorite albums to crank up with the top off my Vette. A modern day story teller who has a unique outlook on our crazy times. I've heard Bob grove many times. Inculding a night at Croche's in San Diago I'll never forget. You can often catch him as a solo act in the South Bay, but if you get a chance to see him with the band don't miss it!"
Boppin' !

"Saw Bob open for Dan Hicks and the Hot Licks in Portland. Wow, the man can put on a show. The music is popping and soulful. Highly recommend. This record will have you dancing in the isles!!"
