Synopsis

Album Description
BYG's "On the Galaxy." Recorded and Mixed at Beebop Studio's in Rockville MD,1996 Recorded over 5 months in the begining of 1996, the band actually recorded almost 20 songs for the disc and then had to pair it down to 12. You will see one of these songs on BYG's No Good Sundays -which one is it?? Hint-Hey Willie- Released in December 1996 on the bands Summer Tree St Records. Contains 12 songs. The Artwork only lists 11 songs. This was done because the 12th song outta harms way (and the whole disc) did not sound real good when the band actually recieved the entire disc back from mastering. In a last minute decision the band decided to have it re-mastered by Tim Gilles @ Surgical Sound in NJ. Wow what a difference. The song and the disc sounded so good that we decided to include it as a big huge mega motha Bonus track.....The Artwork for the disc was all done by Randy (Bass Player) The pictures for the front and the back of the disc were shot at Glen Echo Park in Maryland by Ramdy as well. The lovely band picture was taken by Jay (manager guy) in front of Ted's house. Jay was actually hanging from a tree while taking this picture, the car is Teds Galaxie 500-hence the title, and the car in the back of the picture is Johns Pick up truck. This picture is one of many that the band has labored with so far, they seem to hate pictures and never seem to get one to come out just right......that problem continues to this day........... The first pressing of the CD had CD's that were black and actually have a spelling error ..On the Second pressing of the CD the band changed the color of the CD to Red, Fixed the spelling error and actually added the name of the disc to the CD. The third pressing of the disc is about to happen, who knows what strange secrets lay behind this one.....
