"Blue Epic's Love & Hate ep is pure listening pleasure. I was surprised to learn that the band is from Alabama; their sound is not what you would expect. I dare say, they could be one of the best bands to come out of the South since R.E.M. All 5 tracks on this ep are very strong. Excellent song writing with a twin guitar attack that is subtle, melodic, and powerful. The band claims influences from Neil Young to U2, so it's hard to define their sound...which is a good thing!!! If you like Wayne, Portable, Paloalto, Smile Empty Soul, or Llama...you'll love Blue Epic. Give Love & Hate a listen to, it's well worth your time. I can't wait for Blue Epic's first full length recording.....THIS IS A GOOD BAND!!!!!!!"
