"William Topley and the Blessing are an excellent band (now broken up). This is a great introduction to their music and I'd strongly recommend picking up a lot of William's solo work. He's very big in the Denver/Boulder area and puts on a normally great live show!"

"Save yourself time and money. If you know enough about the Blessing to even be reading this, then just go and buy their two albums, "Prince of the Deep Water", and "Locusts and Wild Honey". Prince of the Deep Water,Locusts & Wild Honey They are both excellent albums, and you will NOT be disappointed if you like their music at all. Most people haven't even heard of them, so maybe this compilation is meant to give them more exposure, but it's really not necessary. From the two Blessing albums, you'll want to check out William Topley's subsequent solo albums, which are also very good."
